1. Product quality assurance
1.1 Solar panels
The overall product warranty is 10 years (excluding man-made damage, theft, and irresistible natural factor damage).
The service life warranty is more than 25 years, and the component attenuation rate is not higher than 2.5% in the first year, and not higher than 17% within 25 years.
